Semi-private Yagyas
January 25th to February 14th

We are able to offer a wide variety of semi-private yagyas to be performed in Kanchipuram
between Monday, January 29 and Friday, February 9th.


The yagya choices are:

Ganesha (removal of obstacles)
Lakshmi (wealth)
Mrytunjaya/Shiva (health and enlightenment)
Narasimha/Vishnu (family harmony)
Navagraha - nine planets (balance)
Saraswati (wisdom)
Durga/Chandi (power to overcome any obstacle)
Pavamana Soma (removal of enemies and enlightenment)
Hanuman (strength and devotion to dharma)

** If you have a yagya that is not listed, please let us know and we will add it to the program.

Each participant will have their own priest individually assigned to perform their private yagya.

Your priest will recite your personal sankalpam (names of participants and statement of purpose or intention) and vedic mantras while they perform the abishekam ritual with offerings of water, milk, turmeric, sandalwood, and yogurt poured over the temple deity specific to your yagya.  

Once the abishekam is complete, all of the priests will sit together and perform the havan (vedic fire ritual) together with offerings of ghee, wood, and other ingredients into the fire.

Participants in these yagya programs report that they enjoy a sense of protection from the obstacles and usual ups and downs of daily life. Obstacles seem to be reduced and overall prosperity, abundance and enjoyment of life is increased. You can choose the yagya whose effects are specific to your needs.
