Special Events
Annapurna Yagya ($27) - Friday, December 17 & 24
This yagya honors the giving nature of the goddess in the form of Annapurni-devi; the goddess of food. On these two Fridays we will complete 2004 by feeding both young boys and girls and offering them gifts of clothing.
We have made arrangements to feed young Brahmin students at two of the largest patasalas (vedic pundit training schools) in South India. We have arranged for a special meal to be prepared and have ordered a very nice dhoti for each young boy.

On both days, we will have the Kanya Puja performed to honor the goddess in the form of young girls. They also will be given a special meal as well as a gift of clothing.

2 Day Group Yagya  ($51)
Sunday and Monday, December 12, 13

For personal fulfillment, spiritual support and removal of obstacles. A 2 day yagya for all major Deities and the 9 planets. Each day is a full 5 hour yagya performed by 5 priests. The first day has an emphasis on the goddesses Lakshmi, Durga and Saraswati, and the Sun. The second day has a focus on the Moon and Shiva, the remover of ignorance and obstacles and the grantor of liberation.

7 Day Mantra Japa Yagya (any deity) $150
Each evening for 6 days, your own priest will chant the proper vedic mantra for you for 2 hours (at least 1008 times). On the 7th day he will join the other priests for a full 5 hour yagya on your behalf. This yagya can be repeated 2 times each month.
