Navaratri is one of our most elaborate yagya series. It honors the Divine Mother in the form of Durga, Lakshmi, and Saraswati. During the entire festival, our priests perform an elaborate Chandi (shakti or goddess) yagya for 5-6 hours in the morning, followed by 2 hours of evening pujas in which the entire Chandi Path text is recited along with the 1008 name (sahasranam) of Lalitha; the most beautiful form of the goddess.

We extend our yagya offering by including a full day for Ganesha before Navaratri starts, and special pujas for Saraswati who is honored on Vijaya Dashami; the day of victory on October 6th. Please join us!
