We begin with our fist 100 priest Lakshmi Yagya to be performed just for us, by our own group of priests and pundits on Friday, June 19th. This is an amazing opportunity to participate in a yagya of this size. Even in India, a yagya of this size and quality is a rare occurance.

Performing Lakshmi yagyas now is particularly appropriate because July is the month when Jupiter changes signs and moves from Cancer to Leo. Yagyas are always best performed prior to the change of signs and because Jupiter is the planet of abundance and Lakshmi is the divine form of abundance, they are a natural combination for this yagya series

Each day of this series, our pundits will perform a traditional yagya for both Jupiter and Lakshmi. The Lakshmi portion will feature extensive repetitions of Sri Suktam from the Rig Veda, during the entire 10 day series, concluding with temple yagyas for Shiva, Jupiter, and Lakshmi on the last three days.
