In the Vedic tradition, Vishnu is the protector who guides creation by maintaining dharma, the natural harmonious flow of life. This month we focus on the 10 forms of Vishnu to strengthen our positive experience of life and to bring us closer to our core values of peace, harmony, justice, enjoyment, and good health.
This yagya series leads up to the June 29th start of Saturn's retrograde status, lasting until November 15th. On a personal level, this is a valuable time to examine our life's direction and to explore and implement changes that will result in greater success and enjoyment. It is like a pause during which we can take a breath and get caught up spiritually and materially.
This is also a pivotal time for the world and an opportunity to promote positive change and to manifest Vishnu's energy to advance the world in a direction that is more spiritual, inclusive, and harmonious. Particularly in the US, we need every bit of Vishnu's protective influence that these yagyas can create.
On June 21st we will be performing a 50 priest Health Yagya in Pune.
Dhanvantri is the form of Vishnu who is regarded as the Divine Physician. It was he who emerged with the amrita, the nectar of immortality in the legend of the Samudra Manthan - the churning of the ocean of milk. Dhanvantri Yagyas alleviate the karmas that lie at the basis of ill health.

- Varaha, the boar-avatar who rescued the earth from the oceans. Protector of the earth and our dwellings.
- Narasimha, the half man-half lion avatar. Protector of families and those who are devoted to the growth of consciousness.
