The yagya program for this month focuses on the Nine Planets (Navagraha) and a 50 priest Lalitha goddess yagya to celebrate an improving astrological trend as Jupiter has moved into Taurus, a sign owned by Venus which represents the more peaceful energy of the goddess.

Lalitha is the most beautiful and Venus-like of the divine feminine and we invoke her blessings with a 50 priest yagya. She embodies the generosity of Lakshmi, the strength and protective power of Durga and the wisdom of Saraswati.

Jupiter has just entered Taurus where he will be resident for the next 12 months. The time when planets are making the transition from one sign to another is ideal for performing pacifying yagyas. These rituals will enhance the positive manifestation of all planets and reduce their negative influences.

Our priests will be performing our yagyas in a series of ancient temples in the Kanchipuram region of Tamil Nadu. These temples are uniquely beautiful and the spiritual atmosphere in each is unmistakeable. The temples we will be using are as follows:
