Satyanarayana Yagyas

The Satyanarayana Puja is a special puaj for Vishnu. Satya means “truth” and Narayana means, “The highest being” so Satyanarayana means “The highest being who is an embodiment of Truth”. We perform Sri Satyanarayana Vrata for the divine blessings of health, wealth, prosperity, abundance in all forms, education; relief from obstacles and sickness. It can also be performed to honor success in business or career advancement, marriages, house-warming ceremonies, the naming of the children, and so on. Any positive familiy oriented events are ideal fo rthis ritual. The Satyanarayan puja can be performed on any day for any reason. It is not a puja confined to any festivities, but Purnima (full moon day) is considered specifically auspicious for this puja.

The rituals use special mantras to dissolve accumulated karmas that delay or deny the personal relationships you desire. These mantras are performed by priests who have spent many years mastering them and who have also received training in the performance of the traditional rituals themselves. They can be perfomed as a 5 priest/5 hour yagya, or a 1 priest/3 hour yagya.

Private yagyas are performed at our facilities in Varanasi (North India) or Kanchipuram (South India) by our teams of exceptionally qualified priests and pundits. For the one and five priest yagyas we take photos of your event and forward them to you afterwards. The temples in which we perform the private pujas do not allow photos, but we will send images of the temple itself so you know where your puja was performed.
